Estate Index is an independent database and research platform for tokenized real estate. We index issuers, platforms, legal structures and investor rights, check the documents behind them, and publish what we find — so you can compare real yields and minimums across platforms without wondering where the catch is.
Tokenization changed how real estate is sold long before it changed how it is explained. Our job is the explaining.
A token can represent equity, debt, a revenue share, or nothing enforceable at all. We put the legal structure and investor rights next to the yield, because that is the part that decides what happens when something goes wrong.
Every platform presents returns its own way. We normalise yield basis, minimum, jurisdiction and exit terms so two listings from two issuers can be read side by side.
We earn nothing from the deals we list. No commission, no placement fees, no paid rankings — so a listing's status reflects what we found, not what it paid for.
We do the checking. You do the comparing. The issuer closes the deal.
We've gathered listings from public sources across platforms so you can see what's out there in one place. Full company, legal-structure and document verification is in progress and rolling out — for now, treat listings as a starting point for your own research, not a verified endorsement.
Yield basis, minimum, jurisdiction and exit — side by side across platforms.
Compare confidently across platforms today, and check status badges as they roll out — full verification is being added listing by listing. Estate Index earns nothing from the deal, so our checks stay on your side.
Being clear about our limits is part of being useful.
